Aerodactyl appears in both holo and non-holo versions in Fossil set, with the non-holo variant being more accessible to collectors. This prehistoric Pokemon was resurrected from ancient amber and represents the bridge between ancient and modern Pokemon. The non-holo version maintains the same fossil evolution mechanic while being more budget-friendly. Despite lacking the holographic treatment, this version still captures Aerodactyl's fierce prehistoric predator essence and remains popular among completionist collectors.
